Say YES! aims to brings students and companies closer together, helping both sides to understand and live up to each other’s expectations, to strengthen the process by which new graduates enter the job market and enhance business performance.

Internships can be an important part of the process, an invaluable oportunity for students to experience what it is like to work in a company, the kind of personal skills required, and an opportunity to put what you have learned at university and in life into practice. Companies are able to get to know you better and help you to become “job ready”.

The Say YES! programme offers internships through our network of Top 50 international companies in Kraków. Together these companies employ over 70,000 people in Poland and over 4 million people globally. A Say YES! internship with any of these companies therefore offers students an amazing insight into what it means to work in an international company and a potential step on the ladder to an international career. Companies participating in the programme specify their requirements in the Company Profile - which is matched with Student Profiles from the Say YES! database.

For their part, companies can be sure that Say YES! interns are the best of the best, since  they will already have gone through a pre-selection process to participate in Say YES! and will have attended the Say YES! Soft Skills Day.

Say YES! internships usually last for 3 months, taking place during the Summer break (July - September) but also during the academic year.
